All our products are designed and crafted in our leather studio located in Bangkok. With over 10 years of experienced craftsmen, along with top-notch equipment, we ensure excellent craftsmanship.
MATERIAL
Our main material is cow leather. We work closely with local tanneries to craft leather that perfectly complements our designs in terms of color, texture, and density.
ORDER & PAYMENT
- For domestic customers, you can place your order via our checkout system, LINE, Shopee, Facebook, and Instagram.
- For international orders, you can place your order exclusively through our checkout system.
SHIPPING
- We typically dispatch your order within 2 business days.
- For domestic orders, we offer free shipping on all orders.
- For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties charged to the customer.
- International shipping will be handled by Thailand Post. Delivery times vary based on your destination, typically ranging from 7 to 14 business days.
PRODUCT CARE
Keep your leather product away from ink, alcohol and humidity or any material that may transfer their color onto the product . Any dirt on the surface can be wiped with a soft damp cloth then clean it with dry cloth.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you receive a product with a mistake, incorrect order, or any defects, please notify us within 7 days from the date you received the product . Please note that the product must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
